Here I am, still in my slubby clothes at noon on a Saturday, chaos ALL around me as we get ready for vacation and I’m editing and posting on my blog!  I can’t help myself!  I was so honored when a fellow photographer emailed me and asked to book a session while her family was here for the holiday weekend!  They had been up since before the sun, hustled through airports, missed naps and still, they were awesome to work with!  We met for about 30 minutes on the nastiest day we’ve had in awhile: we were socked in with that horrible, misty rain.  I arrived, worried a bit since there was no chance of a re-schedule and on queue, the rain stopped!  It was mushy and I was soaked by the end, but hallelujah, no RAIN!  And you know what?  On our way back to the car, we were blessed with about 1 minute of glorious sunshine too!  Here’s the funny thing about the families of photographers: when that sun broke out, Laura and I looked at each other, I ran to a sunny patch, she yelled to her husband and without hesitating, he grabbed the kids and sat!  Haha!  No questions asked

So here is the beautiful Laura of Vibrant Life Photography in Denver, CO and her amazing family. The love, the laughs, the cuddles…it’s all real. You can’t make up that kind of wonderful connection. Loved this family.
